Charm necklaces have been all over the place lately, but even cooler than any other charm necklace is a vintage one. I found this shop on Etsy that makes custom charm necklaces with a lot of vintage charms or they have pre-made necklaces like this one here! This is still a personalized gift, but still aligning with the values your friend may have.
To go along with that vintage charm necklace, a perfect pairing would be a vintage jewelry box! I found this one on Etsy, but I'm sure there are of ton of other places to find one if you don't have access to a thrift store!
And for all of their thrifting needs, they NEED a tote bag. This cute corduroy one comes in a few colors, has an inner pocket and a zipper! You can't get much better than that.
